Founder & CEO
Meet Jo Balston, founder of New Light Property, a small-scale property development company specialising in commercial to residential conversions across the south of England.
Her former career in commercial interior design gave her an eye for spotting potential in overlooked buildings, but it was the business of property development that really changed her life.
It hasn't always been straightforward, but Jo brings tenacity, drive and focus to each project, with particular value on her relationships first approach.
Alongside running her own developments, she supports aspiring property developers to build wealth and confidence through property with the belief that when people, especially women, are given honest guidance and practical support, they don't just build better property businesses. They build the lives they actually want.
