COLLEGE PLACE.
Starting off as two commercial office buildings in the heart of Southampton City centre, College Place was transformed into 11 flats using permitted development. The flats were a mixture of one and two beds with a GDV of £2 million. The ground floor units benefiting from courtyard gardens. All units were sold.
