Based in the South of England, we primarily focus on commercial properties within permitted development rights or sites and buildings with existing planning consent.

Our Mission

New Light Property was started to build something meaningful:  Homes that are thoughtfully designed, projects that contribute to their communities, and a business that creates real, lasting value.


But somewhere along the way, our Founder Jo, realised the thing she'd found hardest in property development was the thing nobody talked about honestly: how to fund it all. How to find the right investors. How to present yourself and your projects with confidence. How to build relationships that actually work for both sides.


She figured it out through experience. The messy, uncertain, sometimes lonely kind. And once she did, she knew she didn't want other people to have to do it the hard way too. That's why New Light is more than a development company. It's a platform for supporting others to build wealth and confidence through property.  Whether you're a developer looking to become investor ready, or someone who wants to see the real, unfiltered story of what goes into bringing a project to life.
